“Just WOW! After explaining the issue I was having with their very nice office manager, the techs were able to come out the same day. After arriving, they went right to work and found it was not the unit, but a duct in my attic not connected. (I'm a renter and had explained I only needed a diagnosis.) They were in and out, diagnosed the issue, and waived any fee. Who does that? Phillips Air Conditioning. Thanks Luke and crew for your kindness to this senior!“

“For the first time since we had this new Trane system installed in 2017 by Velocity,(garbage product and install crew, stay clear of both please) our A/C cycles off! That's right, no more running 24/7 padding Duke Energys wallets! Our A/C's compressor went out and Mike installed three, yes three compressors, as the manufacturer has only garbage for warranty replacement parts. Suffice to say he stayed on course, and on the third install viola!
