Nate did an AMAZING job for our home inspection. He is thorough and detailed. The report he provided us, helped us tremendously during our home buying process. We needed our home inspection as soon as possible and he completed it quickly and efficiently for us. We are so thankful to him and will reach out to him for any future needs :)

Nate is very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. He found items in the home that I'm planning to purchase that would most likely be missed by other home inspectors. He also took the time to show and explain to me the critical items that need to be addressed at the end of inspection. I will highly recommend him.

Nate was right on time. Very polite and knowledgeable about his trade. He did a thorough 4 point inspection on our house in under an hour. After the inspection he compiled a report complete with the pictures and all the info from the inspection. I highly recommend this company and Nate !!!!

Hello! We are InterNACHI-Certified Professional Inspectors CPI® and a Certified Home Inspectors. We perform home inspections according to the Home Inspection Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. We also offer ancillary inspections. These are additional types of inspections that you may be interested in hiring us to perform for you. Feel free to ask your inspector about additional inspection services. Sometimes that looks like walking through the house together after the inspection is done or taking some time once the report is delivered to go over it, either way my clients are not alone.
