I called and spoke with Lou which was phenomenal...Due to the Urgency of the request Lou was adamant on getting the job done asap so the workorder was assigned to Mike from Kissimmee Drain service LLC . He came out and handled the job like a true professional less than 6 mins he was able to remove the concrete ball and he made sure my pipes was completely cleared from any other foreign objects.
