“I’ve generally loved working with this company but we’ve had two AC issues this summer that occurred after 8 and on a weekend. Previously, we would call and a tech would come out even if it was late. The past two issues (first clogged drain line and this one… who knows?) the tech has told us he can’t come at this hour nor can he schedule us and we have to call in the morning. The last time that happened we were not able to be scheduled until almost a full day had passed. After hours service and 24 hour service as advertised on their page should at least include a morning appt if you are paying for the upgraded service and care plan and call. It’s ridiculous that I’m paying for a service we are not even receiving and both times have been told there’s nothing he can do. We literally have bought both of our units from Franks and this turn of service is highly disappointing“

“World class Air is truly world class! Nelson did such a great job with my grandmothers unit!

The last company came out three times setting my uncle back so much money. We felt like we were being taken advantage of and after three service calls replacing a fan motor then a control board, then he said the unit need 7 lbs of refrigerant. My uncle was fed up.

So I called World Class Air. Shelly made scheduling simple and was even able to fit us in earlier than expected. They sent notifications on when the tech would arrive.

Nelson went to her house, performed a full inspection, diagnosed the issue, and truly was so patient and kind with my grandmother. The unit had no pressure and was empty, performed a 48 hour pressure check, confirmed there wasn’t a leak (and confirmed my suspicions that the last guy mistakenly or intentionally let the refrigerant leak out), he confirmed the oil was contaminated and corrected it, he recharged the system sent pictures along the way.

My grandmother unit was a mess and very poorly maintained! I know they could have charged us A LOT more.

Nelson took his time, he performed additional maintenance on the unit and now my 83 year old grandmother who lives alone will no longer suffering in this florida heat!
