5 stars all the way around. I called on a Friday with gurgling toilets and Stephanie, who did not have my service yet, walked me through how to make it til Monday. Customer service is top tier. They charge a flat rate that was WAY cheaper than any other business I contacted in town. So Monday, today, Lazaro came out right after 10 (between 10-12 I was told), and found everything he needed right away. He could not have been a nicer person. Quick and easy, 10/10 customer service.
