“I took my 4.5 months old Jack Russell puppy to Pet Paradise for her very first Doggy Day Care today, and I will definitely go back. We used to board our dogs at that facility on a regular basis but that was well over 5 years ago and I wasn't sure what to expect. I read all the reviews on Yelp: it's interesting that they are either 5 stars or 1 star... with nothing in between, so I guess you either love it or hate it. My personal experience was great, just like it was years ago. The staff is friendly, they do pick up the phone when I call, and when I got there with the puppy they listened to my concerns and assured me she would be in a group of small dogs and supervised at all times, and explained how I could use the webcam to check on her. She spent 6 hours there and had a great time socializing, playing and swimming. The reason why I nicked a star is that yes, you can definitely smell dog urine - even in the front desk area. Not sure that is a "sign of bad hygiene" like some people claim, or just that the place needs some refresh and TLC: dog urine does get embedded even in concrete and certainly in the fake grass. This is not a brand few facility“

Their fees were absolutely affordable, and they even give you samples of medications ( if they have any ) to help you with the costs. It is obvious that they love animals and they're there to help them get better....I'll definitely drive 40 minutes to their clinic from now on every time my furry babies need help. They're worth it!“
