“WOW! If you have chronic pain, the Sunday restorative flow is for you. I absolutely loved it. Emily led a flow that stretched and eliminated pain everywhere in my body. All muscle groups! It was so amazing, thank you so much Emily! I learned new stretches I had never even heard before from PT's that really helped me release pain everywhere, including my jaw, hip flexors, ears, and shoulders. She also records and posts her instruction for every class in a Facebook group, and I'm happy I can go check out the new stretches I learned before the next class to help eliminate pain during the week. “My son and I both train at this gym and love it. My son attends tiny ninjas Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and is always excited for his class. Coach Zach and coach Andy do a phenomenal job of keeping the classes structured and engaging for the kids. These classes are a great way for kids to have fun, learn self defense skills, and learn how to follow instructions. It's always special to me seeing my son's face light up when he's in class and seeing how proud of himself he is when he's learned a new technique.

I attend BJJ fundamentals, and as a woman I was nervous to sign up. However, from the moment I stepped in, I felt very welcomed. Professor Rodrigo answered all of my questions, made communication easy and continues to keep open communication whenever I have questions regarding classes. Everyone is kind, from the coaches to the other students, it really is a welcoming community.
Coach Zach is a wonderful teacher, I appreciate the time he takes to not only demonstrate the techniques step by step, but also for answering any questions the students may have until we feel comfortable practicing the technique ourselves. The coaches all prioritize safety and creating a welcoming community. I feel safe coming to this gym and highly recommend for anyone looking to build better health habits and learn self defense skills while doing it.“

“After being stuck in the house because of Covid I finally felt comfortable with my daughter doing activities. This was such a great decision! The kids have the option to wear masks and there's distancing. My daughter does not like to miss a day at all! Everyone is super welcoming. Carmen is so sweet and friendly. She's one of the ladies that does registration. She allowed us to test the waters first before making a decision.
