Spiritual healer vibes!! Very knowledgeable and instructional. Learned some acupressure techniques, LOVED the restorative class. I can’t afford an unlimited membership or commit to anything right now but I am so thankful and would value the experience at $160+ which is about what I pay my therapist weekly. If I owned a studio I’d sit outside mental health clinics selling memberships!! Most people would agree I benefit more from the yoga practice than anything else I’ve tried to manage my anxiety and depression naturally. A studio like this makes all the difference. I'm so lucky that this is my neighborhood studio. The space is a beautiful historic building. The teachers are real yoginis with a wide knowledge base bringing to their classes yogic philosophy, meditation, sound healing, self massage, strength training, and fascia based active stretching etc. In the true spirit of yoga this studio makes yoga accessible and affordable. The monthly membership is only $39- that's a really good price to make sure everyone can afford quality yoga instruction in their life no matter their income. Thank you Studieaux !!

Such a gem… and the people it attracts are wonderful! Grateful to have this sweet spot in the hood and I can’t wait to try out more classes. Suitable and welcoming for determined people of all backgrounds and goals!!
