“I was in pain and needed to get back to being Mom & my job quick! Before visiting Bayshore, I went to another dentist & paid $100 for them to tell me I needed THOUSANDS worth of work done that day.... I felt really pressured there and they didn't want to explain much of anything. I didn't feel comfortable discussing anything with them anyway. I left feeling really worried...

Thank God for Bayshore! Front office staff were warm & receptive. My dental tech is an angel, gentle through the whole process and explained everything that was going on, each step of the procedures. The doctor is
the BEST. I felt like he wanted to help me.
He explained every Xray & finding and what all needed done and how we could it into separate visits if my budget required.

Through all of this, I felt like I could trust him When it came to the procedures itself, I was terrified. (Not because of him...) But he & the nurse did their thing as quickly as possible and I felt no pain at all. The nurse did great. It's like she knew what was making me feel uncomfortable and got it. She kept reminding me to breathe. Lol. And the doctor kept making sure that I was not in pain and explained his movements. Afterwards he let me know how everything went. The nurse made sure that I understood the aftercare and monitored me closely.

This was a really good experience for something that began as unpleasant as it did. I have already scheduled my next appointment with Bayshore. I would recommend them to my family and friends for sure.

“Dr. Welch is the best. Staff are awesome. They get you right in. I had my crown pop off, my fault. Cost less than $50. They did an xray, cleaned everything and recemented it in. He is trustworthy and only tells you what you need done. He's not like others trying to get you to do unnecessary procedures.“

“THE WAIT WAS WORTH IT!I went to Brandon Smiles in January for a replacement upper denture. The doctor was recommended to me, and I wanted to take advantage of my insurance's dental benefit. I was assured that there wouldn't be any out of pocket expense. Standard 1st visit consisted of xrays and impressions (yuck). 2nd appt - the lab had lost my impressions, no one called me so I made the 30 minute trip for nothing. 3rd appt "oh and you owe $xxx.xx! I confirmed this with my ins co(copay) and we took more impressions. 4th appt I had a little meltdown over the extreme length of time this was taking (it's late April by this time). 4th appt was also the wax try-in and more tweaking. 5th appt - I get my new teeth! The fit is absolutely amazing and it's 2 days later and still no rubbing-they fit so well that they feel like my own teeth! I ate ribs yesterday! Throughout each appt Dr Sheikh would come in and poke and prod and tweak and measure. I got the impression these teeth would be perfect, which is why I kept going back even though it took FIVE MONTHs. I was not disappointed. These teeth are so pretty! They fit so well, the color is spot-on and the teeth have a beautiful shape and gumline.The front office staff and supporting dental personnel are fantastic too- pleasant and always upbeat. According to my ins co there were a couple of errors in the billing that will get worked out. I'm very happy (finally) with my new teeth!“
