First visit today and I’m really impressed. Very courteous and friendly staff. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment and did not have to wait. I saw Dr Westerman and she was very understanding about my situation and was very proactive with a treatment plan. I was able to get a next cleaning schedule because of a cancellation.

Today was my first appointment with my new dentist at Riverview Dentistry and I can’t say enough good things about Dr Patel, her dental assistant and the front office staff!!…I am not a fan of dentist’s after having many bad experiences over the years, so you can imagine , I was nervous and my anxiety was kicking in, well from the moment I walked in, I knew I had found the right place, they made me feel welcome and valued, as did my dental assistant ( forgive me for forgetting her name), and Dr Patel. From making new patient appt to the actual visit- the staff, tech and Dr Patel were kind , considerate and compassionate!! As someone terrified of dentist due to previous horrid treatment- they made me feel at ease and very comfortable! Explained in detail everything that they were doing! Took time to verify my Medicare/ Humana plan! I wish I could give them a higher rating! Highly recommend them!!!!!!!
