They were always there with recommendations, worked hard to get things installed correctly working with appliance retailer, plumbers, electricians, etc. We made several changes on the fly, added quite a bit as we went along, and customized many aspects. They were accommodating and responsive throughout. Sure there were additional charges, but we always felt they were very fair for what we were asking.
