“I did a lot of research for a company to help with my master closet and laundry room before landing on Closet Factory. I was so glad I did! Starting with my salesperson Sierra, to the scheduling person, Lacey and the lead installer, Jan, I couldn't be more happy. The experience was great from the start. Sierra listened to me and did a great job making sure I not only got what I wanted, but made other suggestions for things which made the overall aesthetic beautiful (like laundry cabinets- I don't have baskets in my closet anymore!!), all without breaking the bank. She did the same for my laundry room. The biggest thing is I'm in a condo and I now have SO much more usable space. Once Sierra finished her piece, the process moved quickly from there. My installer, Jan, had input into the design review. Very common sense- the person installing knows how it will best fit. Lacey, the scheduler and coordinator, worked with me every step of the way regarding timing and rescheduling when we had an unfortunate incident in our building, causing a delay to the install. I got a good feeling the moment I meat with Victor, the owner of the company who doesn’t seat at his office ( even if he has a high education degree) but is on the field supervising the projects.
