I did a lot of research for a company to help with my master closet and laundry room before landing on Closet Factory. I was so glad I did! Starting with my salesperson Sierra, to the scheduling person, Lacey and the lead installer, Jan, I couldn't be more happy. The experience was great from the start. Sierra listened to me and did a great job making sure I not only got what I wanted, but made other suggestions for things which made the overall aesthetic beautiful (like laundry cabinets- I don't have baskets in my closet anymore!!), all without breaking the bank. She did the same for my laundry room. The biggest thing is I'm in a condo and I now have SO much more usable space. Once Sierra finished her piece, the process moved quickly from there. My installer, Jan, had input into the design review. Very common sense- the person installing knows how it will best fit. Lacey, the scheduler and coordinator, worked with me every step of the way regarding timing and rescheduling when we had an unfortunate incident in our building, causing a delay to the install. This entire team was very professional and I am extremely happy I went with Closet Factory. Great service, great value and best of all, I LOVE my closet and laundry room.

Great service by Lynn Horwitz, Designer. Her ability to understand my needs for closet organization, linen closets storage and a special doggie storage under the stairway came out fabulous. The installers were organized, gave lots of quality to their work and cleaned up the entire work area(s). I am so happy and satisfied I called them twice for different jobs. I used Closets by Design on a few other projects same material higher prices and the designer is not good at customer service nor does she Listen; horrendous process for Closets by Design. I highly recommend CLOSET FACTORY LYNN HORWITZ SHE IS AMAZING!!! thank you thank you for all your hard work, precise design measurements and quality of work.

Our experience with Closet Factory and especially Lexus Embry, our sales agent, was wonderful. Lexus was extremely knowledgable and professional throughout. She came out to see and measure our closet and laundry room. We then met her at the showroon several days later. We made a few minor changes, chose our look (color and handles) and ordered our closets! The installation portion was just as professional as the design and order. The installers arrived on time. The job was completed as they predicted time-wise. They even cleaned up after themselves! I highly recommend Closet Factory and Lexus Embry!
