Exercise Coach is an amazing experience. The staff is so helpful and well qualified! The group classes are small. I always feel so good when I leave after my workout!! Best thing I can do for my aging body.

Highly recommend. Staff is knowledgable, motivating and accommodating. The equipment is well maintained and the studio is very clean. The owner is always available and works with clients as well. I enjoyed my time there I was able to meet my goals.

I've been a member for about six months now, and I've been really happy with the experience.The trainers are all very knowledgeable and experienced, and they take the time to get to know your individual goals and needs. They also offer a very state of the art workout with exerbotic machines tailored to each individual.In addition to the personal training, the gym itself is great. It's small and intimate, which makes it feel like a community. The equipment is all top-of-the-line, and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
