I contemplated trying a Mantra class for months and when I finally did I was completely humbled! To say I’m addicted would be an understatement. I look forward to coming to class and I know I’ll have a great workout and leave feeling accomplished. I’ve only been coming for a month and I’ve already seen positive changes. All the staff are AMAZING. The atmosphere is not at all intimidating. If you’re on the fence about trying a class, just do it! You’ll be as addicted as me.

I’ve been with mantra for several years. I’m in my seventies now and this workout is what I need to stay strong and have great core strength and balance. The coaches are real pros. It’s hard and challenging but it’s the best. Kathleen

my sister dragged me her at 7 am while we are visiting florida. i normally don’t go to classes because i always feel judged and uncomfortable. However this was the best class i have ever taken. It was really challenging for me but the instructor (calista) made me feel super comfortable and was extremely helpful. will definitely come back next time i’m in florida. thank you calista!!
