Their estimate was professional done and comprehensive followup to schedule seems good.So far they seem like a five star company, I will post a review when they finish the job.

Great job done! Was scared as my basement flooded. Called water damage Sarasota and they immediately responded. Walked me over the entire process and took care of water damage restoration in no time. They were very knowledgeable, responsive and courteous. They plumber who fixed the burst pipe recommended them can’t thank him enough!Not to mention they worked with my insurance company and made the process hassle free.

Service Master Restorations was fantastic. We had a sewage back up that flooded our basement and their emergency damage restoration crew showed up in the middle of the night. We had water damage go from the bathroom and flooded our entertainment room as well. Fortunately there was no mold damage. They cleaned up all the water and set up drying equipment. They also worked directly with our insurance company. If we ever experience flood damage again, we will be sure to call them for all of our Restoration needs.
