“I am so happy with Alfonso's grooming of my Cairn Terrier, Miss Hilda. I adopted her at age 11 from a breeder. Living in a house, and walking on a leash didn't come naturally. She had been bullied by other dogs at the breeders so was too fearful to drop off at busy groomers.. Thankfully, one evening a friend and I read though Alfonso's reviews. We called. He answered and came to the rescue. It surely was no easy task given her love of dirt digging and rejection of anything resembling a brush. Given such a challenge, he could have muzzled and shaved her or just refused the job . Rather one hour later he and now unrecognizable Miss Hilda emerged from the van. I thought of that old movie,' My Fair Lady': Before and After“

“Karri did an amazing Job with Ruby. Ruby is very anxious when visiting a groomer, sometimes place wouldn’t touch her due to her Anxious behavior.
Karri made sure Ruby felt comfortable before she started on her. We think it made all the Difference in the world. Ruby adapted to her right away and was able to groom her without any issues. I will be back and also bring our other furry baby to her as well.

“Took our toy poodle here for a full grooming today and was pleased with the whole experience. The one-on-one grooming and more personal environment (compared to a big box pet store, for example) clearly made a difference for my anxious poodle. They were quick *and* thorough, following my requests for the haircut perfectly after seeing a photo of my desired haircut.

Doggo usually huffs and puffs after a grooming to formally lodge his complaints, but *none* of that happened today. A win! Will absolutely bring our dog back here!“

“We adopted a long hair rabbit and it's fur was severely matted. I tried to use scissors and a shaver to help the bunny but wasn't able to make a dent. Jazzy was literally amazing!!!! She was kind, dedicated, and determined. She got our bunny shaved and he is a much happier bunny now.:D so grateful!*Just want to add that she is literally the only person I could find who would even touch a rabbit for grooming. “I was quoted $ 108 for grooming my std poodle. When I picked him up, they charged me $130. They said he was too big. Something I think they could see when I brought him in. General manager called me and said that I was banned from all 4 of their locations“
