“Too expensive! They do a nice job, but they insist on charging me $65 to groom my sweet and docile 6 pound dog. The same amount they charge to groom a 90 pound beast. Just wrong.“

“Adopted a Maltese rescue that never had people contact, nevertheless grooming. She is afraid to get close to anyone...we weren't sure how she would do and if any groomer was even willing to try! Roxanne was the answer to our prayers. She not only understood our dilemma, but was more than willing to help our lil girl get her first official grooming.... she took her time and did a "Great" job...Emmie looked like a new pup. My husband didn't recognize her when he picked her up. She was happy, not frightened or shy and it was amazing how much Roxanne was able to do with her!!! It's so rare to find a caring groomer, one you can trust and is experienced and skilled to boot! We highly recommend Roxanne and the very friendly caring staff there. “I thought all of my previous groomers had been doing a good job but, as it turns out, I was wrong. Shearers went the extra mile to clean out the hair in my dogs ears, and it was quite obvious that, based on all of the impacted and matted hair, her groomers had been seriously neglecting her. I am very grateful to Shearers for their extra careful attention!“
“I've visited Heron Creek several times and had good experiences but my last visit with Dr. Bell was great. He really got to the root of my dogs issue with his eye. He made a follow-up call the next day to Check on Jake who was already doing better. Dr. Bell made me feel that he cared for Jake as much as I did. Thank all for your care and kindness.“
