They were always professional but with kindness and understanding that was so clearly felt. My husband and I have always had pets, however, we learned how much we could add and enjoy with our new pup. She never hesitated to listen, observe and make suggestions all the while letting us know not to worry. James explained their business protocol and arranged all the scheduling. “We adopted a long hair rabbit and it's fur was severely matted. I tried to use scissors and a shaver to help the bunny but wasn't able to make a dent. Jazzy was literally amazing!!!! She was kind, dedicated, and determined. She got our bunny shaved and he is a much happier bunny now.:D so grateful!*Just want to add that she is literally the only person I could find who would even touch a rabbit for grooming. “I was quoted $ 108 for grooming my std poodle. When I picked him up, they charged me $130. They said he was too big. Something I think they could see when I brought him in. General manager called me and said that I was banned from all 4 of their locations“
