“The owner operator is very nice and accommodating. They are a cash only business, I didn’t know that and I wasn’t prepared. He allowed me to pay him for my first visit on my next visit, very helpful. The facility is hard to find, it’s not labeled and you have to go through several gates. It’s best to call first. They have a large property for the dogs and the water was crystal clear blue. The dogs love it!“

“John trained our 80 pound labradoodle, Arlo. John’s dog training skills are by far the best in town. He works with the pets through praise and repetition. John builds trust and bonds quickly with the dogs he trains. We continued to work with John after the initial training was over until Arlo was fully trained off leash. He is such a well behaved dog thanks to John. I enjoy walking him off leash around my neighborhood and feel comfortable Arlo will listen to my commands and maintain his calm demeanor throughout the day! He is an excellent vet and really cares about her health and well being .Very pleased to have such good care given to her every time we visit ,and all the staff are very kind and helpful too.“
“We take our dog to the day care about three times a week and we love this place. Our puppy loves going and burning all her energy off in the large play yard. Brandi (one of the employees) is the best, and treats our puppy like it was her own dog. I love the attention she gets while she is at Bayside. Thank you for all you do!“

“Dr. Piazza and staff are top notch. My dog began having some health challenges over the summer, and while they were very difficult to navigate and deal with, I always felt informed of the most practical options for treatment up until his very last day. People often forget that Veterinarians have an extremely difficult job of matching owner expectations for treatment/ recommendations, price points, and emotions with an animal that cannot simply communicate it's needs. I feel grateful to have been under their care during the tail end of my dog's life.“

“Evertything was great except they do not follow directions when putting out food for our dogs. To much food is put out for them and then its wasted. We gave precise instructions which were not followed. This happens everytime we stay with them. Its a good thing we rent the suite with a camera.“
