I agree with others who mentioned that Lawn King is rude. I was a customer for 8 years. I remember when I was considering using them, I mentioned to Jeff King that I had a lower quote. He became angry and I felt intimidated into signing with them. Years later when I commented via email that I was surprised by a price increase, Jeff King called me to tell me how offended he was............by a simple comment! I had been a Lawn King customer for 8 years. After servicing my lawn in February I received an email invoice as per the auto pay system and noticed that the monthly price had increased after the fact. Via email I commented that the price had increased and expressed surprise. In no way was my comment offensive rather it was a casual observation. However, the owner, Jeff King, called me to tell me he was offended by my comment and berated me. I told him that I was offended by the way he was speaking to me but he kept on. A couple of weeks later, Lawn King serviced my neighbor's property but not mine. I emailed Lawn King asking why they missed my lawn. The response was that they had cancelled my account! I pointed out that according to the service agreement they needed to give me 30 day notice of cancellation and I also noted that their price increase was not in accordance with the agreement. Again Jeff King called and left a voice mail message demeaning me and accusing me of refusing to pay which never happened. He spewed forth hateful remarks and untruths. This man is a belligerent bully and seems unhinged. Because of his behavior, I cannot recommend this company and would give negative stars if I could. What a horrible experience!

We would NOT recommend or ever use them again. Not much else to say. 1 STAR is a higher rating than I wanted to give. When we complained about weeds in the yard for the 4th or fifth month in a row, they requested pictures of the weed. Draw your own conclusions.
