Have used Massey for years and was impressed with our new irrigation tech, Jacob. As we walked around the property he listened to my concerns and pointed out things I didn't realize were a problem. He replaced several sprinkler heads and gave the system a good "tuneup." He was very professional and friendly and I look forward to seeing him again in 4 months. He assured me that it's fine to call with any questions or or if there is a problem.)

I am extremely happy with the customer service Jacob Sutton has provided to me. He has worked diligently to correct an issue I've been having with my lawn and has personally come out himsrlf to work on specific areas to make sure the problem is resolved and that I'm a happy customer.
