“I called Security Termite & Pest a few months ago thinking that I would need my house tented. After all, I had some termites that were at the edge of my back lanai around the time COVID hit and they didn't get addressed.Carl came out and put our fears to rest. Many, many big-name companies would not have hesitated to talk us into moving forward with tenting at a cost of many thousands of dollars. Carl took the time to explain the way these creatures function, how quickly (or not quickly in some cases) they move once they arrive at your residence. He did a thorough inspection, explaining everything as he went.Ultimately, we decided a better course of action will be to inject a termite killing product into the most vulnerable areas of the house, including near the area of known infestation. Once the termites hit that spot and ingest, it's game over. They'll share with the colony and it's lights out! This approach is considerably cheaper and doesn't involve leaving your house for several days, removing food, and all of the other inconveniences of tenting.Additionally, we can bait for the more dreadful sub-terranean variety as a preventative measure.I cannot stress how honest and down to earth Carl was throughout his time at our house. He is clearly very knowledgeable, experienced, and an honest business person. Do not hesitate to consult with him if you have pest concerns. This is your guy!“
