We have used Hometown Air for years and couldn’t be happier. Gary, the owner, is honest, knowledgeable, and has a very quick response time. He is by far the best technician we have dealt with in our 35 years as homeowners. Our air always seems to break down during holiday weekends and Gary has come out, even at night to fix it without charging us super high fees for doing so. It was the best service I've ever received from an air conditioning company. They are safe courteous professional and respectful. There was nothing missed or overlooked when they serviced my air conditioning unit. They showed up wearing a mask and full protective gear. I am a customer and I am not being asked to say any of this. This is just my personal opinion. If you like great customer service with a winning professional attitude then you should call Hometown air-conditioning & services!

I'm writing this review without any connection to the company or any incentive. I was not asked to write a review, and it was not expected of me. Having said that, I'd have been happy to write this review if they did ask because this company is EXACTLY what I want: honest, highly skilled, priced fairly, and unbelievably responsive. Having your AC go out on a Sunday evening at the end of Independence Day weekend (!!!), you don't expect to get someone to your home that evening. If you're like me, you're just looking for someone who knows what they're doing and can show up on Monday morning. Well, I didn't have to wait until Monday.
