I was “highly recommended” to Fox Plumbing! My initial call was after hours so I left a message. Maybe two hours later, Debbie from Fox Plumbing, called me from her Home! She was so outstanding, I could tell she was smiling our entire conversation! She could have gotten her Brother Anthony in the very next day, But I had to work. We scheduled for the next day, in the morning. Anthony came out but I didn’t hear him, plus had my cell turned off:-( We were going to have to wait until after the weekend, which I regretted but was TOTALLY, my fault! Short time later, sweet Debbie called & said her Dad Amos & a man “shadowing” him, could come in two hrs! First thing they did was cover their shoes! They were so respectful & knowledgeable! Amos showed me the pricing prior to his work;-) Their basic fee for coming to your Home is incredibly reasonable! I had two problems & they repaired both! Amos not only explained what was wrong & how they fixed the problems but he also showed me the pipe that the house water flows to, as well as from there, to the street. I have lived in my Home 30 years & never knew that!!! This “Family Owned Company” is OUTSTANDING! Prices very fair & again, loved Debbie! Looking forward to one day meeting Anthony as I’m told by Friends, he too, is wonderful! Great, Honest Family! (Good job Dad & Mom!) Most sincerely, Jenny M
