JJ is absolutely amazing. The time he takes to make sure everything is done to the highest standards is exceptional. He's done replumbs, sink replacements, hot water heater and fixtures. His quality is incredible!

We called Merit Plumbing to handle several plumbing problems in our house, including one that was in a space so hard to access that another plumber threw in the towel and said couldn't be done unless we tore out the vanity. JJ, the owner, managed it with relative ease, no tear-apart necessary, and handled all the other jobs too. He's cheerful, friendly, works hard and is meticulous and clean. He offered us a couple of options to keep costs down on our job, too. We'd absolutely hire him again and recommend him 100%.

J.J. is prompt in answering phone calls, very helpful, makes appointments and arrives promptly. Knowledgeable about his plumbing business. We have used him twice in our home now and we have been very satisfied with him. Excellent service.
