“This place is great they really do care! As arrived 15 minutes late late due to an accident closer to my home. They went above and beyond to get me an appointment same day! I thank Erika for reaching out to Andrea to see if she can find me another appointment, and I truly thank Andrea’s manager Eunice for ensuring that Andrea responds to my cry for help; as this first appointment was for court. When Eunice went to talk to Andrea, Andrea then came and got me from the front, and she let me sit with her back in her office, where she was super busy with calls back to back regarding appointments! Which I then understood if I wasn’t able to be seen today because of how busy they were! But Andrea didn’t give up she kept calling to see who wasn’t going to show up today and reschedule as they didn’t check-in, therefore I would be able to be scheduled! She found someone and I was able to get an appointment! I was overwhelmed with the result and filled with nothing but joy at that point; so much joy I asked Andrea if I could give her a hug she stated yes and due to everyone’s hard work my day went a lot better than I thought it would in actuality my year is looking bright. Knowing that this appointment to be seen today is to be met by a courts deadline was beyond important to me. Andrea even gave me a number to reach the department besides the general call center and Eunice gave me her business card for anything that I may need.
