The rooms are catered for privacy. They are clean and stocked with specialized equipment to meet the needs of each patient. They also have a nice gym-like area for physical therapy. Although the facility is nice, it's the people that make you comeback.First, never have a met a doctor quite like Dr. Sammer ( pronounced Summer ?). First she is as much beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. This is a doctor who truly cares about getting you within a 0.0001% range to 100%. She listens to your concerns, notes the plan of action while getting your input, and her manual adjust skills will have you aligned line a straight edge tool. She's the best in the area hands and feet down.Now onward to Christine. This wonderful woman has crafted her art to perfection. Once the doctor tells her what part needs attention, be prepared for hands of clouds that are going to knead the area of concern as if getting the bread ready for the oven! Essentially, she not only takes her time, but explains to you the process behind what she is doing, and gives you advice on this you can do at home to maximize results. You can tell from your first experience, that this woman knows what she is doing!Next, we have Markus. Markus is my "some pain for greater gains" guy. He is going to push at the spots enough to get you put of your comfort zone, yet still keeping you intact (think of tenderizing some cube steak...you got to get in there!). He's very talented at finding trigger points and releasing the tension and inflammation.Him and Christine have different techniques, but compliment each other so well. It's amazing!Last but not least in any shape, form, or fashion is Mrs. Nancy. She's the glue holding the entire office together. She greets you with the warmest welcome. She does an excellent job for schedule accommodations. I consider her the mama of the office. She is the oil that flows through the well-oiled machine!Now overall this office deserves 10 stars. You will not find a more kind, attentative, service-forward office with people this awesome. It's like coming to a good family cookout everytime I visit because they treat you like family. “Casey is THE BEST provider I have ever seen. She genuinely cares, listens and WANTS to help you! She doesn’t rush you or make you feel like you’re a problem. She has been such a blessing in my life the last few years! The girl at the front desk (not sure of her name she has long red hair) is also amazing ! She always helps me and she helps patients and goes above and beyond. I saw her helping an elderly patient via phone who was getting the run around she spent like an hr on the phone helping that patient and you need more staff like that!*edit* I will add that since it has been taken over by complete health the communication has gone way down and it is not as patient friendly to be able to actually speak to someone. The wait times are forever long and the response time after they reach out for an answer is usually never or days later.“

“My kids have been patients of Dr Rojas-Sanchez for years. We used to see her at the old location in Deland. Dr and staff are always so patient and kind with my 3 kids. Online portal for referrals is quick even if changes are needed per insurance. The new location is very nice and we were seen right on time. My only complaint would be that it's hard to get someone on the phone. But I usually try to message first and that solves majority of problems. But to make appointments for 3 kids as close together as possible I usually have to call in. The call back system works well so you don't have to sit on hold. Just wish it was a little quicker.“

“This place is great they really do care! As arrived 15 minutes late late due to an accident closer to my home. They went above and beyond to get me an appointment same day! I thank Erika for reaching out to Andrea to see if she can find me another appointment, and I truly thank Andrea’s manager Eunice for ensuring that Andrea responds to my cry for help; as this first appointment was for court. When Eunice went to talk to Andrea, Andrea then came and got me from the front, and she let me sit with her back in her office, where she was super busy with calls back to back regarding appointments! Which I then understood if I wasn’t able to be seen today because of how busy they were! But Andrea didn’t give up she kept calling to see who wasn’t going to show up today and reschedule as they didn’t check-in, therefore I would be able to be scheduled! She found someone and I was able to get an appointment! I was overwhelmed with the result and filled with nothing but joy at that point; so much joy I asked Andrea if I could give her a hug she stated yes and due to everyone’s hard work my day went a lot better than I thought it would in actuality my year is looking bright. Knowing that this appointment to be seen today is to be met by a courts deadline was beyond important to me. Andrea even gave me a number to reach the department besides the general call center and Eunice gave me her business card for anything that I may need. Today my life was changed and it was due to those who didn’t give up on me. So with all of my heart I truly thank you Erika, Eunice and Andrea ? -Saint“
