I began working with Dr. Carpenter when worsening right hip pain limited my ability to walk more than a couple of blocks. (An orthopedic doctor subsequently diagnosed a hip impingement.) Katie devised and implemented a well-planned exercise program that has gotten me back to long walks and much better mobility. Each weekly visit involved an assessment of my progress and often new exercises to address my particular issues. Katie used videos along with very detailed instructions to ensure that I was doing the exercises properly.
