I'd highly recommend Dr. Katie Carpenter for anyone needing focused and professional physical therapy. I began working with Dr. Carpenter when worsening right hip pain limited my ability to walk more than a couple of blocks. (An orthopedic doctor subsequently diagnosed a hip impingement.) Katie devised and implemented a well-planned exercise program that has gotten me back to long walks and much better mobility. Dr. Katie has helped me rehab several injuries. I suffer from arthritis and she’s helped me multiple times get back to full functionality after a severe flare ups.In addition, I’ve worked with her to improve my golf game. Her insight on utilizing the ground to generate force, has helped me gain 15-20 yards off the tee.She generates individualized programs as well as does one on one sessions, thus it is truly personalized to my needs. Katie is awesome! She is very professional and knowledgeable. She was immediately able to pinpoint and address my issues. Coming to my home for the session was an added bonus. I definitely recommend her and will continue to use her services myself.
