“I began going here a few weeks ago . After first stretch and evaluation, TC recommended I come twice a month . I certainly agree ! This is physical therapy on steroids for me . The guided stretches, breathing and putting my muscles through full range of motion is helping me with my chronic pain condition . I am a senior and have significant arthritis in neck and spine . Adding this to my treatment plan is already paying off . I would recommend giving them a try . I have gone to three sessions now and feel the benefits are well worth it .“
