Lauren was recommended by a member of Physwell Crossfjt gym after I experienced a disc injury in my back. On my first visit, I could not sit, standing up was painful, and I had no range of motion. I would have never imagined how much better I felt after my first treatment and every treatment continues to make measurable improvements. I can’t thank Lauren enough for my progress and recovery.

I've had hip pain since 2016 and I've seen many doctors and Physical Therapists. Nobody has been able to help me except for Lauren. After my first appointment I felt instant relief!!! I no longer need to search for another Physical Therapist, Lauren is my girl!!!!

I've been out of the game for a long time and I wanted to get back into playing sports. I was in town and a buddy recommend Lauren. Years ago, I did PT but nothing came of it. It says Lauren does physical therapy but she is way better. She takes a look at all of your muscle groups and finds which portions aren't working correctly and then uses all of her tools to help get you back in working order. Every other physical therapist wishes they were this good. Plus it's located in their gym so she shows how to fix all of your problems once you leave as well. This is probably the best service you're ever going to get.
