“Recently, I had work done on one of my teeth. Christan was there that day to assist and ended up being such a great source of information to me. She was very knowledgeable and able to explain everything I was about to go through and educate me about my options. She showed me the issues on my x-rays, and let me see the process with the advanced technology this office has for replacing my filling with an inlay, onlay or basically crown as I think of it. Amazing the advancements and the convenience of doing it in office in one sitting. She did an excellent job, and I’d highly recommend asking for her.

“This place was absolutely amazing. I had to go in for a root canal today and I was definitely nervous about it going into my appointment. The girls at the front desk were so nice and welcoming they greeted me by my name before I could even tell them who I was! And the the dental assistant came to get me to get prepped to see the doctor and she was a sweet heart. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Then when it was time for the doctor to come in he was absolutely amazing. We were conversating and laughing the whole time he made me feel even more comfortable and relaxed I didn’t think it was possible while getting.a root canal! l almost fell asleep. “Today was my first appointment with Pine Avenue Smiles. The office was inviting and the staff was extremely friendly. I saw Dr. Ricky Pan (whose brother is also a Dentist in the office). I presented with a number of issues that needed to be addressed. Dr. Pan spend a lot of time going through my dental/medical history with me before excusing himself for a few minutes to do some research to best serve the complexities of my "case". Dr. Pan then contacted an oral surgeon on my behalf. After an hour of consulting with Dr. Pan, he told me that he still wanted to fully examine my mouth, aside from the problem I initially contacted him about. The oral surgeon immediately called me to set up an appointment. Dr. Pan personally called me at home to make sure I had an appointment with the oral surgeon, and then he scheduled a follow-up appointment with him after my consultation with the oral surgeon. This is the kind of medical care patients appreciate because we know we are being heard and treated by caring Doctors. Thank you Dr. Pan for everything you did for me in just one visit!
