My first visit today for X-rays, cleaning, and fluoride treatment was probably the best dentist experience of my life. Dan got me scheduled quickly. Rebecca was very patient with me for the X-rays. Anna polished my teeth, and Amanda is the best hygienist who has ever worked on me. Very thorough and great at explaining things. Dr. Cai is very friendly and her dog Duke is a great ambassador and kept me company. I’m happy to have found this friendly practice in a very comfortable home-like setting. They have my business for life.

I had an emergency due to a severe toothache and I contacted Safety Harbor Family Dentistry at my mother's discretion and Dr. Cai along with her staff got me in immediately. Dr. Cai was extremely patient and so professional. The office atmosphere was AMAZING and what more could I say about Duke (the office emotional support dog) he was the sweetest american cocker spaniel. I ended up have extensive oral surgery that lasted about 3hrs but Dr. Cai made it very very comfortable for me and very informative from beginning to end. I started visiting this office, the doctor immediately identified some procedures needed to keep my teeth in good health that my previous dentist didn't do even that I go every 6 months. I'm very pleased so far.
