“We were first introduced to Coastline Restoration when our condo association hired them to take care of some water removal and drywall repair when a pipe burst between us and the condo upstairs. We were so impressed with their work we decided to have them do the remainder of the bathroom remodel that was required due to that pipe breaking.Sadly a much worse flood occurred a month later when our upstairs neighbor left her sink plugged and water running for several hours. I’m convinced if our insurance company would have had Coastline come in immediately the damage would have been minimized. Even months later, when there was an issue with one of the products a subcontractor had used, Coastline went above and beyond to help us get the issue resolved and make things right.
