Excellent place. I swore I was most likely going to have mold and called this company. I have no Clue about these things beyond Google.The gentleman came out in a timely manner, inspected, and advised this was one of the rare times he has come out and there was nothing really to report, except a suggestion to place a fan in one spot. This was the free inspection.Highly recommend.
Builder and two carpenters have not completed repairs at this time so it's difficult to rate the company properly. I do have beautiful white Shaker cabinets and drawers and I'm getting countertops with granite, via another company,, a new sink and gorgeous faucet. so, I must give them credit for what they've done! Plus Jordin D. was quick to come out with major equipment to completely dry kitchen leak. Thank you to everyone at Dry First in Merritt Island.
Dry First was an excellent company to work with during the flood I had in my condo. They came immediately at 9:30 P.M. and worked until 3:00 A.M. getting the water extracted and some of the dry wall removed. Because of their quick action I didn't have near the damage I would have had if I had to wait until the next day for help. Their employees who worked on my unit to put it back as it was originally couldn't have been more careful and thoughtful. Should I ever have something like this happen again, I would definitely call on them.
