“I was skeptical at first because I’ve never worked out with weights before. I wasn’t looking to be buff and just wanted to lose weight and tone my body. I started with Francois about 3 months ago and glad I did! I have seen results every month and am pleased with the workout. It’s nothing like I expected and even though we use weights it’s not making me look like a man. If that little voice in your head is causing you hesitate, don’t listen to it and give Francois a try!! “I have known John since I was 13 years old because he used to train my father. I was competitively involved in soccer for my entire life and my dad had suggested that I ask john if he could help me with my strength in conditioning throughout high school, in hopes of one day playing in college. John completely changed my life and my attitude towards fitness and health. We met at least 3x a week for about 4 years and did everything from powerlifting, strength and conditioning, met-cons, and active recovery. He helped me through injuries related to soccer and how to properly keep my athletic and aesthetic goals in place during those times. I went on to play Division I soccer and every summer I was home I would continue to train with John. His expertise allowed me to finish first, every season, in our pre-season fitness tests and helped me to be a 4-year starter for my collegiate team. In sports, the final minutes of every game always come down to your strength and endurance and I can truly say that had it not been for all the training I had done with John, I would not have gotten the opportunity that I had to play Division I athletics. John’s training is something I still carry out in my life to this day. Although I am long retired from college soccer and now work full time, I continue to pull out old training logs that he had me use during those years and use them for my workouts today. If you are looking for someone who can teach you about sustainability in regard to working out and eating correctly, you have to go to John. If you are looking at social media and comparing yourself to the people who do not work long hours like you probably do and you wonder how you could ever get a body like that with limited time, you HAVE to go to John. I work in a field now where I am taking care of people who chose to not put their health first and I hope this review genuinely pushes the person reading it, to invest in themselves by training with John. No other trainer in the game holds a candle to the knowledge and dedication he brings to the table.“

The facility is very clean and the machines work great and the sauna is wonderful. My only critique would be some of the "Scheduled for service" items have been listed as "scheduled for service" since before I became a member and its been some time now and the cleanliness of the hot tub is questionable...Regardless I give this place a solid thumbs up.“

During my first visit, he gave me a thorough tour, patiently answered all my questions, and was incredibly friendly. When I returned almost two months later to sign up, he remembered me and welcomed me with a big smile. The gym is always clean and quiet, and the members are respectful, which makes for a great atmosphere. My only suggestion is that the General Manager could use a bit of customer service training to better match the warm, welcoming vibe of the rest of the staff.
