Matt is probably the best trainer I’ve ever worked with. He makes working out fun and is extremely personable. I love the group work outs as well as the one on ones. Both my husband and I worked with Matt until we had to move. I would of taken him with us if we could!
It’s a great and clean facility with effective programming! After my first day there I was so sore! Anyone of any shape or size can come to this gym and there’s no body shaming as well. Everyone cheers each other to get that barbell back up. :) I highly recommend giving BPHAT fitness a try!! Matt really knows what he’s talking about!
Matt is an exceptional trainer and owner; training with him will not only give you an intense workout, but also a hugely supportive and fun community. Never have I seen a gym with power lifters and average joes performing the same workout side by side and both being appropriately challenged.
