Have nothing bad to set re Chris. He texts prior to visit, calls if needed. Rings doorbell upon arrival. He does his job well and off he goes. Chris always exhibits a pleasant and professional demeanor while here. I feel confident knowing we're being taken care of. We do not have pest issues due to Chris' regularly scheduled maintenance. Thank you, Chris!
