Found termites in my garage. Luis came out to do an inspection the next day and was very knowledgeable. We set up treatment plan and Patrick came out a few days later to implement. They even put in an additional bait because we found the colony in my yard. Patrick came back to check the bait a week later and remove it. They both were very kind and reassuring. Thanks!

Patrick Taylor of Massey Services Brandon/Riverview office was so excellent with me today! He took extra time with me that he did not have and was so patient and polite. Very professional. He even calmed down my loud Australian Shepherd! I highly recommend Massey. The office workers were so polite as well. I couldn’t believe they worked me in at literally no notice!!!

Mr Jaylen, the technician, was very professional , excellent, reliable, polite, and knowledgeable. He went above & beyond by answering many questions that I had concerning mine situation.
