However, as a new patient here, I learned so much. Both the doctor and hygienist took the time to answer all my questions and educate me on maintaining good oral hygiene. My teeth have never felt cleaner!“

Both the doctors are kind, understanding, caring, and active listeners. Linda is my hygienist and the hygienist for all my family members. I'm lacking words to describe how great and joyful Linda is. Not only is she very thorough and very gentle, but she also remembers details about her patients/clients. She has a special gift for making those around her comfortable AND she does her job so well! I am so blessed to have found Riverview Dentistry and don't plan on switching dentists ever, haha.“

“I called at 8 AM and explained my problem. The front desk team got me in right away and were empathetic. I was sitting in Dr. Johnson’s chair by 9 AM getting X-rayed by his nice assistant. Afterwards, Dr. Johnson thoroughly examined me and listen to what I had to say. He was very easy to communicate with. He explained my situation in a way I could understand and provided options for remedies that made sense and are reasonable.<br><br>Thank you front desk team for your caring attitude and your lighting fast response in getting me in right away.<br><br>Thanks to Dr. Johnson and his assistant for caring, it showed.<br><br>I feel good knowing that you are there when I need you. “I had a very good experience. Dr B informed me the xray showed a crack in one of my back teeth it was where an old filling was. I was not in any pain but the crack was not going to any smaller and was definitely going to cause pain in the near future. So she fixed it that day. Dr B kept me informed on everything she would do and ask me if i had any questions. Thank you for being professional. Also the hygienist was great, upbeat and funny. Thank yall.“

“This was our first "dental treatment" experience for our 6 year old daughter with CARR Pediatric Dentistry and what an amazing experience it was...<br><br>1) We called in the day before around 2pm to book an appointment as a "New Patient" for my daughter. The assistant provided me with all the info and answered all my questions very clearly. They booked us in for the very next day at 6:30am.<br><br>2) They sent us a bunch of forms to be filled out online, which saved us a lot of time in the morning.<br><br>3) We checked in at 6:30am and immediately one of the assistants called us and gave us a tour of the office and the facility. We were introduced to Dr. Natalie Carr and the cute puppy. All the assistants are wonderful, welcoming and most importantly great with kids.<br><br>4) Dr. Carr and the office manager took us into a room and explained every detail of the treatment and answered all the questions we had, which made us feel very comfortable.<br><br>5) My daughter had 6 crowns, 1 extraction and 2 fillings done in one session. The assistants would come out and update us on the situation every 20 minutes, so we were always informed as the treatment was taking place. At the end, Dr. Carr came out and told us that everything went well and according to plan.<br><br>To top it all off, Dr. Carr called us later in the afternoon to check up on my daughter. She even spoke to her and congratulated her on her new princess teeth and told her how proud she was of her for going through the entire treatment.<br><br>Thanks to everyone at CARR Pediatric Dentistry especially Dr. Carr for a wonderful wonderful experience.
