“I appreciate being contacted by this company with the date of the service as well as who and when they were coming to assess my problem. I thought it might be a problem with my hot water heater. First technician, Alex, found out that was not the problem. Instead happened to be the part inside the toilet tank that was old and broken. The second technician , Josh, was also very nice and knowledgeable and had the equipment to fix it in record time,
If I asked them questions they were extremely nice to explain things I did know about.
