“I had excellent service from Dittmer Air & Heat (my regular A/C service provider was unavailable). The technician (Stephen S) was very professional and knowledgeable. During the A/C service, the technician performed an maintenance service that I had never seen performed by any other local A/C service companies; he spray out my external A/C unit with water. Note: I always walk around with any contractor performing services at my house. To my surprise, a large amount of sand/dirt wash out of the coils, making my A/C more efficient. “My 7 year unit (on the beach in Cape Canaveral) had gotten corroded badly on the coils and as a result all the Freon leaked out. It was very hard to get the needed part due to a domino effect from the COVID outbreak. Another service said it would take 6-8 weeks to get the part and repair (insane!), but Larry at Atlantic Air came through and had it in 10 days. The quote for the repair was significantly lower for the same job than from a local competitor. I've used Atlantic Air for over 15 years now, always been top job.
