“I want to tell everyone who lives in the Tampa Bay area a story. I had a leak in my roof last spring. I called numerous roofing companies and only 2 could come out right away. One would only do a complete roof over (I have a flat roof) and charge me 10 grand. The other said he would do a membrane to cover the leak area and charge me $3,000 and could do it the next day. I had him do it. They gave me a one year warranty on the work they did. Those that live here KNOW how hard it rains with the Thunderstorms we get in the summer. Sure enough another leak developed and I call the same roofer, Pasco Roofing, and they came right out and for $2,000 they patched that area. On Tuesday afternoon I was at a neighbors home and it was windy. I looked over at my home and I saw the corner of my roof where the patch was lifted and blowing in the wind. I called Pasco Roofing and their phones were disconnected. I drove to their address and it was empty. They were GONE!!! Upon further inspection of my roof I found that the WHOLE PATCH was lifting and was totally useless. I called other roofers and they said it would be a week or more before they could get someone out to give me an estimate and probably a month or more before they could do the work required. On the way home I stopped at Farrell Roofing on Ridge Rd in Port Richey. As luck would have it, I ran into Mr Farrell himself and I told him my tale of woe. He sent out 2 roofing repair men 1 hr later. The told me what had to be done and did it. I ask them how much I owed and they said Mr Farrell had the invoice. I stopped in this morning to pay him and he said NO CHARGE and that he was happy to help me out. I got emotional and gave him $100 to give the repairmen and thanked him. My friends, Farrell Roofing will get every referral I can give them...The also do Plumbing, Electrical and Remodeling. It is a locally owned family business. Words alone cannot express how that man treated me!!!“
