“Wow only 1 star blew my mind! I couldn't have been anymore impressed by my technician who came out today! Carlos was beyond thorough! I mentioned one small comment about cobwebs and this guy was out on my Lani for a good 20 min! Not a single cobweb to be seen! He was also extremely responsive to my texts and was super knowledgeable! I wish I would have got the woman's name in the office when I called because she too was absolutely outstanding! Her laugh was infectious and she genuinely cared about what I had to say! I hands down would recommend this company to anyone who needs pest service. “Everything from our first phone call to the day of service was met with great customer service. We had a good time chatting with Manny who came out to do our service.. I think we distracted him a little because he forgot to leave the bait traps in the kitchen. We just went and picked some up. My only suggestion would be to have a schedule planned for each service after the initial one so that your customer can better plan for your visits. “These guys are truly the best in Fort Myers. I've used them in the past and now, once again, they were responsive, on time, fast and cordial from the folks in Scheduling to the technicians. Once again I needed help. I called and Dispatch gave me an appointment for next day!. Brian the technician showed up on time and took care of me in 30 minutes. No having to vacate for hours - just 15 minutes. This time it was a cockroach problem, which is disgusting. Brian interviewed my habits and when he learned that I order from Amazon extensively, he said that Patient Zero proboably came in from the packing material so always open your packages out of doors and don't bring the shipping material inside. No contact required, you can get a one-time visit. I could not be happier with a customer service organization than my ultimate satisfaction with Pest Eliminators. Oh and the technicians are always super friendly, diligent and helpful.“
