I have been using the red light therapy at Optimized Health and have been very pleased. When I met the owner, Gonzalo, was suffering from bad tennis elbow and was very inflamed. After a few sessions my elbow started feeling better and now I am back on the tennis court and feeling great. I highly recommend Optimized Health and the staff is amazing and very knowledgable.

I like Supercuts because salon is clean and friendly. I always go to Rita and she asks me how I want it cut because I get shorter in summer months. She is such a nice person and we have good conversations.
I recommend Supercuts to my friends and neighbors when they ask where I get my hair cut.

It’s Brittney for me!! I came in with a whole mess on my head that someone else did from Ulta at Durbin. I have Asian hair and all I asked for was to not leave with brassy hair. Each and everytime I left Ulta, I was nothing but BRASS! I kept giving my girl a chance one time after another. I finally cut ties after a year and a half with the same girl. Since the day Brittney set magic on my hair I haven’t seen brass, even after my washes. She IS absolutely AMAZING and I keep coming back!
Also, it’s a bonus when everyone in this establishment are friendly and makes each visit very pleasant for me. I truly do feel nothing but great vibes here. I have no complaints!

I have been going to the salon since it opened, and, in fact, I have been going to Nancy ( the "N" in T&N Nails) for years prior to her opening this shop. I have taken my elderly Mom (92) and Aunts (91 and 85 years young) there as well.
The entire team is very patient, kind and my three "golden girls" look forward to their mani/pedi. We all agree they give the best foot/leg massage ever!

Terri gave the BEST deep tissue massage I have ever experienced! I have had an ongoing issue with my neck and back. When I’ve had massages at other spas, it would feel relaxing but this was different. Terri’s massage was relaxing and ACTUALLY THERAPEUTIC. She is a muscle-whisperer! After 3 1/2 years, I finally found a landscaping company that does everything from mowing to fertilization to trimming and edging. And they do it very well and precisely with good communication. They prepared my yard before mowing by installing edging. They replanted some shrubs. I’ve been working with Austin to arrange everything to get done with the different crews. I just recently worked with a foreman, Kevin who did an amazing job of cleaning everything up and explaining exactly what to expect from this company.
They did all the landscaping on our new home build and did a wonderful job! Very professional, very creative, and the entire crew was a pleasure to work with.

Doctor Nickels and Staff are kind and knowledgeable. My adjustments are tailored to what I need and are not cookie cutter like the standard adjustments I have experienced elsewhere. The approach to heal naturally and assist my body with proper nutrients to minimize inflammation has helped me dramatically. I have had years of chiropractic care because of my scoliosis and I am so grateful I found Doc Nickels. Lisa is also a gem ! She helps me age gracefully with her spa treatments. She has specials every month that I take advantage of so I don't break the bank. I highly recommend this professional and caring clinic to everyone!
Dr. Dave is great! He does a wonderful and thorough exam and is very intuitive to what your body needs. He also adjusted my 3 year old who is normally very stand off-ish but the whole experience was excellent. They also had toys to occupy kids during parents’ adjustments.

I received a huge relief after incorporating massage into my treatment plan. I'm incredibly happy with the results, relief from pain finally! Tendernesses and stiffness are gone.
It turned out to be a necessary addition to my physical therapy treatments. My muscles were hard as a rock and pulling back all of the adjustments done by PT. It was a vicious cycle until I added massage. This is when things started to change and I started believing in recovery. The therapist has a deep knowledge of anatomy and physiology, she is highly skilled and intuitive.
I asked to schedule me for every Wednesday for the rest of my life. I hope they took this request to heart.

I have had a herniated disk that I’ve been dealing with pain. I decided to try new massage place and I landed a great one. They worked around my pain and actually made my back feel so much better!
