We purchased a 93 yr old beach house in Neptune Beach, so the question was renovate or new build? This necessitated us to pick a builder/contractor to assist us on our journey. We noticed multiple home builder signs on various projects in and around the beach community. We met with a few and selected Bluewave Builders. Why? Bluewave did a fantastic job on our home remodel. Paul, Scott and the entire Bluewave team were great. As our project manager, Scott was great to work with- he was always responsive, answered all of our questions, and ensured a superb job.

Recently completed a major whole house renovation and addition. The experience with Paul and Chris at Bluewave was great. Incredibly honest. The level of transparency is unparalleled.Chris did a terrific job as project manager. One of the hardest working people I know. He was very responsive and timely in returning calls - even if it meant late in the day or on weekends. Was always budget conscious, never wasteful, and ensured things were done right.Highly recommend Bluewave and would use them again in the future if we had to.
