They are knowledgeable and give me good advice. They quickly resolve any problems I have with irrigation. Today, Stanley and Celisa capped two sprinkler heads under my pavers. It was a messy job. In less than 10 minutes, they lifted the pavers, capped the sprinklers and replaced the pavers leaving them looking perfect and clean. “I first called terminix and they sent the pest group~ Dovan (I'm hoping I spelled right) was a One Man Team~ he came alone to tent a big house and a small cottage in back. Now I'm like where's the rest of your team? He didn't elaborate , he said as long as you know what you're doing you can do it in no time and he knows what he's doing! Boy he sure wasn't lying he was so professional I couldn't believe it he had both tented in less than an hour fumigating and all!!!! Although I am having issues with Terminix, the General manager, SR. Home inspector Steven Bloom was not at all professional, he was supposed to help me get ready and he didn't lift a finger, he told me what had to be done, he was rude when I stated that I didn't know I could be back in my home sooner, had he told me that plan which was $150.00 more and he stated NO he shouldn't of told you that and it's $400.00 and couldn't be done now. Then he hung up on me! Literally hung up!! I was so upset, I couldn't believe he had acted that way!! He also Vaped in my house with our my consent! I'm really a very easy going person and I'm 63 yrs old, fighting cancer alone. No husband/ man friend. Thank God I had some great friends that helped me with the process!!! I feel betrayed by Terminix and am writing a letter to head CEO of Terminix, to get this of my chest, so to speak. I like to thank Pest they made it AWESOME for me in the long run!!!!“
