I have had nothing but great service from my service writer Mary in the office, and Felippe, the technician who with his team tented my house. I had to postpone numerous times these past several months, but Mary was very patient with me and my requests, because I needed my tenting to be on a weekend. When the time came I had so many questions for Felippe, I was pretty sure he would have been annoyed, however, he was very patient and answered them in layman's terms so that everything was clear to me. Thank you Command for having such wonderful employees. Thy are a great asset to your company.

We 100% enjoyed working with Command ‘s staff and crew - Christie, Christian, Santiago, Mary etc… In an industry that provides a service (fumigation) that can create anxiety and tension, the crew was responsive and followed through, reflecting professionalism not often seen in this industry. We talked to several companies about tenting our home for termites. One of our biggest worries was the fact that our roof is filled with solar panels and all of the companies told us it was a risk and the damage was likely. Command was the only company that offered an alternative which is called tape and seal. With this process they did not even need to go on the roof. Command did a great job and I highly recommend them.
