“Our HOA commissioned Steve and his team for a redesign of our condominium lobby. We paid the team an initial design fee. At the outset, Steve and his team (one prominent person Julia was essential) provided a road map to how this project was going to work. The process in iterative where we at the HOA commissioned a team and Steve put together his team. They really wanted to understand our vision before they went about providing a design. The process was a multi-year engagement and any delays were due to the HOA and not Steve. The first very good draft and design was spectacular. We had a number of meetings to refine and price when we came out with a fantastic design.
